Impdom Responds: Heath, Khano & Flash In

Many fans of both Lincoln City and Grimsby are dreading this one. Some doom & gloom merchants are prophesising a drab nil nil and the lowest attendance ever for THE Lincolnshire Derby. The Mariners are managerless and the Imps appear to be struggling to enter a five a side team BUT COME ON………… this is the derby!

Despite debt and living in the relegation slots the Cod are clamouring for a victory with 700 tickets sold already. The Imps meanwhile are still in the cup and deserve to move up the table with 3 players in the side who are more than capable of getting us back on the goal trail.

With Torres and Brown missing at left back and left wing you would think we were worried? But now Joe heath is fit we have our best left back back. We also have our two out and out wingers set to start. Khano Smith can do the job this Saturday with Flash Gordon playing his part on the other wing - what an infectious motivational character Michael is. He walks into a room and has the same effect as you would get in Scotland as soon as you put on a Jimmy Shand record. He would play everyday now that he has refound his love for the game and on Saturday he will get another chance.
