Yeo Going But Flash Faces FA K.O

Michael 'Flash` Gordon is gutted at having to miss the FA Cup winner takes all TV extravaganza this Saturday lunchtime. The Northwich V Imps game is set to capture the heart of a nation as two of football`s lesser clubs bid to meet a glamour club in round 3. Simon Yeo told Vital Towers last night that he will also be there on the Danebank with the packed Passionistas. Simon hopes a Cup run finally unfolds for the Imps, with a third round glamour tie and more TV money a must win prize for his beloved Imps.

Our other winger, Khano Smith meanwhile is thought to be 'well up for it`, perhaps doubly determined to make a name for himself in the televised game on Saturday after the McClean deal collapsed. Hughton could well be on the right on Saturday with Lichay moving to right back and Heath returning to the left. The arrival of Herd could see him play in central midfield instead of Pulis, though he can play right back, right wing and just about anywhere asked. Paul Green made an impressive return in the 2-1 reserve reverse yesterday but this is a week to early for him to start.

It would appear Chris Sutton has been quick to lift the players after Rotherham with all eyes focussing on a must win game. The turnaround in the dressing room over the last two weeks has been nothing short of a miracle with the Imps now said to be fit to burst.

I crnt wait for this now, i think we should play Kerr this weekend. We only have one goal threat though i think, and thats Howe. We wont create much from midfield!
