Garner Joins On Loan

Garner Joins On Loan

The Imps have signed Cambridge United defender Scott Garner on loan until January 2nd. This is because Graham Hutchison picked up an injury in training and has returned to Birmingham City and Andrew Boyce has got 4 yellow cards so we required cover.

Garner has already played under Holdsworth at Mansfield between 2009 and 2010 and he made 51 appearances and also managed to score 6 goals.

He has been given permission to play in FA Carlsberg Trophy but will not be allowed to play if we are drawn against his parent club.

2008-2009: 0 appearances at Leicester City
2008: 1 appearance and 1 goal at Ilkseton Town (Loan)
2009-2010: 51 appearances and 6 goals at Mansfield Town
2010-2012: 31 appearances and 3 goals at Grimsby Town
2011: 6 appearances at Alfreton Town (Loan)
2012: No appearances for Cambridge United
