Overall Player Ratings For January

It has been a fairly miserable January for City, as the Imps have mustered just two points during a lop sided month. Due to postponements, the Imps played just one match in the second half of the month so for these ratings you really have to think back to the draw on New Year's Day to the 4-2 defeat at Newport on the 12th of January.
The best City player this month according to posters was, for the second month in a row, Alan Power. The Irish playmaker scored 7.15, making him a comfortable winner despite missing the final game of the month through injury. He scored 8.00 against Grimsby and 7.25 against Ebbsfleet to seal first place.

In second is loanee defender Scott Garner, who has been somewhat more solid than other players in Lincoln's backline. Garner missed the Newport debacle which perhaps helped keep his score at a respectable 6.66!

The final place on the podium belongs to the consistent and generally dependable Jake Sheridan. While he had a relatively quiet month, Jake tends to do exactly what it says on the tin and rarely lets you down, and in a month where few have really shone that's enough to get in the top three. The ex-Notts County winger took a mark of 5.91.

At the other end of the spectrum and the City player with the worst score was Andrew Boyce, whose form has really dipped in recent weeks. His dreadful performance against Newport (1.42) capped a month to forget for the young centre-half. His score of 4.44 was only marginally worse than Paul Robson's 4.76, with the full back saved by a decent showing at Ebbsfleet (7.25). Few will be disappointed to see the back of the shaky defender.
