Player Profiles: Conner Robinson

D.O.B: 11/10/1994
Birthplace: Lincoln, England.
Position: Striker

The Lincoln-born teenage striker signed a two-year professional contract in the build-up to the 2012-2013 season, following his debut in the final game of the previous season, where he was named man of the match for a hard-working performance against Hayes and Yeading. Robinson`s a talented finisher who has the natural instinct to strike for goal as soon as he gets a yard of space in the opposition's penalty area. Robinson has scored four goals for the Imps, including two vital late equalisers against Ebbsfleet and Gateshead. Robinson had an unsuccessful loan spell with Worksop Town, but has already shown enough in his performances for Lincoln to suggest that he's got a big future, with reported admiring glances coming from clubs higher up in the football pyramid. Perhaps lacking in his all-round game, which is understandable at such a young age, Robinson has already proved himself to be a dangerous poacher in front of goal.
