Match Preview: The Bulls V The Imps

Match Preview: The Bulls V The Imps

Lincoln City travel to Edgar Street tonight, and will be looking to get back to winning ways following their late collapse against Luton at Kenilworth Road on Saturday. This will be the Imps fourth long away day within a month.

Gary Simpson has said he will make changes after resting Todd Jordan and Jake Sheridan at the weekend, with both likely to come straight back into the side. Simpson may also look to include Nick Wright or Bohan Dixon from the start although this looks unlikely.

Danny Rowe who picked up an ankle injury in Saturday's 3-2 defeat at Luton will miss out, and Luke Foster may be rotated to allow the Imps to play their preferred midfield trio of Fofana, Nolan and Power.

Hereford have had an inconsistent start and currently sit 15th in the Skrill Premier League after ten games. Martin Foyles men have not won in their last four games, so will be difficult opponents as they look to get back to winning ways. Hereford have ex imps Josh O'Keefe and Chris Bush within their squad, with Bush likely to give Tom Miller a hard evening if he isn't dealt with effectively.

Last season the Imps were defeated at Edgar Street 3-2, while winning the reverse fixture back at Sincil Bank 3-2, so this game will probably end 0-0. The Imps currently sit 6th just outside the play off places, but a win could send them back up to the dizzy heights of 4th.
