Just been to the train station to buy tickets for Saturday, they aren't putting any extra trains on but will be doubling up on carriages. So it'll be 4 carriages rather than 2 etc.

That's better than I expected than, I went 10 years and it was 2 carriages going and had stand all the way there.
Best bit was they stopped the train at Carlton for the OB to get on and they couldn't cos the train was so full, it was hilarious watching the regular police and the BTP arguing about it and then them bombing down the road to Nottingham station :pointy:

Yeah I remember that well. We're getting the 7.23 am. Bright and early! My old man's waiting for quite a big operation so I don't want him stood and shoved about all the way there.

The Eventbright sale has ended now but I'm not aware of an end deadline this early - have we sold out?

My kid's Jujitsu class only finishes at 11.30 so seems I am limited to the 12.36 or if that is full then it will have to be the 1.37 and a sprint to the stadium.

Good to hear they have planned aheadand laying more carriages on. Not bothered if I have to stand as long as it gets there.

Wonder if we had beaten Mansfield if it would have been even more?

Tbh we would have done if we had only been playing them and not the absolutely pooe ref as well!

Don't know if it's been mentioned somewhere else but I notice he was from the Wirral! Possibly a bitter Tranmere fan who knows!

I think you are confusing Vitals to Banter mate. If you want to blame any defeat on the referee join the idiots group. They scored a goal, we didn't so we lost. If you need a scapegoat blame Flappy Farman or just accept we weren't good enough on the day.

Talking out your ar$e again John.
The ref was awful Saturday and if you couldn't see that your opinion is worth f all.

Agreed he was awful. The stats that Mansfield win all their away matches when he is in charge may be just chance of course. Couple of decisions that could have changed the match in our favour, a good appeal for a penalty (handball) and also it was a foul on Woodyard leading to the goal. You could argue that we then had two opportunities to nullify the danger, Habergham could have cut out the cross and Farman actually dealt with the cross.

Did the referee have an impact on the final result? yes he did but as Danny will say you can't control that but you can have an opinion that it was his decisions throughout the match that tipped the outcome in the favour of the Stags.

Anyway, onwards to County on Saturday!

Are we not entitled to opinions then! If you don't agree then that's fine you are entitled to yours. If you think the ref was great then Imo you were watching a different match to me. There was a clear foul on winning the ball that lead to the goal if the ref was being consistent in his decision making Imo that would have been given. Yes Farman should have done better and he is also to blame.

But football is about opinions and we are all free to voice them! I have posted on here for a good while please don't tell me to go elsewhere just because my opinion doesn't agree with yours! I respect your opinion please respect mine. If you want life like that go and live in a dictatorship where you have no freedom of speech and opinion that you can voice.
