I am sure their 'keeper, Ross Fitzsimmons, was booked for time wasting but I cannot find that booking recorded anywhere. Help?

...except for the BBC website. It's not on the OS nor football web pages. Strange.

Still can't believe how poor this ref was. The best refs go unnoticed. This fella loved the limelight. Was smirking and giggling to himself as he went off at half time. Hope we never see him again.

Remember last season when we played Sutton at home before the second half the ref was laughing and joking with their players, just bizarre that.

It's on iFollow Live Text (90+6') and is also included in the bar along the bottom of the full match video (although it's not quite caught on camera).

1/10 purely because he played some good advantages but he was only narrowly better than Stockbridge.

I thought the goal had been disallowed for offside despite the offside player leaving the ball and thus then not being offside. Didn't know it was given as a foul.........which would be hard to give seeing as our player was already past the defender.

No excuse that players cheating make it hard for refs. That is what the ref is there for. To make the decisions and to umpire the game. To ensure fairness. If it comes down to people defending a referee because of the amount of "cheating" then that referee is not good enough at refereeing and shouldn't be given the gig.

Nolan as a manager is the same as Nolan the player. Referees the whole game himself and was always in the refs ear all game as a player. Referees should be firmer and it should be made clear that the referee is in charge and does not need instruction throughout the game. So much for the "respect" BS that got trotted out a few years ago because players are still waving imaginery cards without being carded for doing so and they are still constantly in the refs ear.

I think, perhaps, some referees are so intent on showing they won't be swayed by a vocal home support that they actually end up going the other way. This imbecile smirking, is probably just him thinking I've showed them.

Yeah I've started to wonder this too, the bigger crowd and the more we demand a decision the less we seem to get them.
I really hope the refs aren't doing this and its just they aren't very good.
