Farman 6 I love Paul, but can't help thinking their first goal wouldn't have happened with Vickers between the sticks. Made a good point-blank save from Stead and his kicking is phenomenal.

Eardley - 7 Not quite as good as he has been, but put some decent crosses in in that one-sided second half. Looked a bit jaded.

Habergham 6.5 - Not quite there yet. Corners a little bit floaty - would prefer them drilled in more. Notts made more headway down our left in the first haif, but was unfortunate when appeared to be fouled in the build-up to their first goal.

Bostwick - 7.5 Looks more comfortable at centre half than in midfield in my opinion. Commanding, robust, authoritative.

Waterfall 7.5 We look more solid with this guy in harness. Has now fully settled back into his role. Deserves to keep his place, despite the signing of Wilson - definitely a nice selection headache for Danny.

Woodyard 6.5 - Chases down everybody in his own half and tackles everything. Doesn't look overly comfortable going forward, but won't have to so much whilst Frecks is fit.

Rowe -8 Had he played the full 90, he would more than likely have been MOTM. Provided the momentum down the right, which indirectly led to our first goal and then sent in the telling cross from which Frecks scored and played Greeny through for the second. To say his League debut was promising would be an understatement.

Frecklington- 7 Our hero, my hero. returned and very nearly made THE most embarrassing return to a home club ever, but picked up on the pace of the game, did some organising as one of the senior players and capped his display with a well-taken goal. Will only get better.

Williams - 7 Impressed with him. Quick, strong, provided the nod-down for Frecks' goal ; put himself about defensively too. Given the vibes from Rochdale, was pleasantly surprised.

Rhead 6.5 - Battered Notts' defence into submission. Should have scored when left free 12 yards out. Not much fancy footwork to drool over. No help from the ref. yet again though.

Green 8.5 - Best 90 minutes from him so far, in my opinion. Should and could have had a hat-trick. Terrorised the County defenders, particularly down their left.Very harshly penalised for our disallowed goal. Almost the complete performance.

Subs : Palmer 7 Continues to impress off the bench. Scored a perfectly good goal which was chalked off for highly debatable reasons. Quick and direct.

Arnold 6.5 Continues to improve after a non-descript start to the season. A goal would do wonders for his confidence.

Whitehouse 6 - nothing negative.

Given a full week's training, I don't envy Barnet on Saturday.

Farman. 6. One excellent crucial save, one partial fault. For their first. Standard game really.
Eardley. 6.5. Sound, steady , what we expect now.
Waterfall. 6.5. Handled Stead well and won most of the 50/50s
Bostwick 6. Looked assured but at fault along with Rhead for the cock up for the equaliser.
Habergham. 6.5. Back to last years form.
Woodyard. 6. Didn't pass it 40 yards and unusually often gave it away in the first 20 mins. Had a sound last hour as we ground them down.
Freck. 7. Typical Freck goal after a hell of shaky 15 minutes. Quality when he gets on the ball but bypassed too much.
Rowe. 7. Real threat and played a big part in both goals. Great right footed cross which he hid well at Rochdale so much to look forward to.
Williams. 6.5. Impressed along with Rowe. Got more power than other options we've tried on the left and a good knock down for Frecks goal.
Rhead 6. Won most headers as per but gashed 2 attempted clearances in the car crash for their first and collided with Bozzie for the 2nd.
Green. 8. MoM, if he had bagged a hattrick it would have been a 10 and a perfect performance. Ran them ragged and outpaced all their defenders. Possibly his best game for us.
