Just seen that we be having an initial allocation ( more if required) of 25000 tkts.Very realistic imo! We took @ 15000/ 13000 to Cardiff and there is a bigger buzz around the club now than then!
Tkts £20 to £60 i believe.

How many did we take to Cardiff 1st time? I expect us to exceed that by a good margin.

I reckon we would sell 20K, maybe a few more.

If we took 15k to Cardiff then 20k I think is a minimum. How far above that I'm not sure, 25k seems a good first estimate, hopefully more.

I really do think it'll be closer to 30000 than 25000. Too early to say but 28000 wouldn't surprise me.

Definitely think 25k is doable.

About 30k on the streets of Lincoln for the victory parade, most of them will be going.

A lot of exiles will turn out for it, as well.

Now that is dedication. Possibly the longest journey unless someone's coming from Dunedin... Someone should do a story on you.

Me? I can see Wembley from my office...

@15000 first time and @ 13000 second time !

It's funny how these figures get inflated over time isn't it and becomes an urban myth. We actually took 13,500 to the first final and Bournemouth took 18,500 in an attendance of 32,148 for the 2003 play off final.

We took 11,500 and Southend took 8,000 (because they had played at Cardiff a month earlier in the EFL Trophy final) in an attendance of 19,653 for the 2005 final.

So it's 13,500 and 11,500.

Very doable IMO. The number of young runs attending has gone through the roof. I would therefore expect a huge number of families attending with many possibly attending their first city match. The trophy has been round all the local schools so the kids will be caught up in the excitement of Wembley. How tempting is a family trip to London with a cup final to attend involving your own club. I can honestly see us asking for more tickets.

Do Covent Garden pubs allow kids in? Fancy a beer or 2 before the game.

I think it is realistic. Not only is it an opportunity to see Lincoln at Wembley, it is an opportunity to go to Wembley, full stop. I have never been, and probably never would if Lincoln had not got there. It will be an interesting gauge as to exactly how much support the club can muster - useful when planning the new stadium capacity.

The kids do, or you?

Obviously getting a ticket won't be a problem but amount per ST will be important - families and friends trying to sit together. There's no real reason to make it complicated or overly restricted.
