Thank god we've got an on line ticketing system this year.

Is it all done through Wembley direct or through the club? I’m sure I heard that you book direct with Wembley

Bournemouth definitely had more than us, significantly.

I even remember thinking at the time "18,000+ at Cardiff, these lot will definitely make the Premier League one day, they are absolutely a massive club".

Cardiff was a lot more awkward to get to than Wembley also at the end of the day, as good as it is, it’s not got the heritage of Wembley. Note sure we’ll sell all 25,000 but if families are coming to make a day or weekend of it in London I can see over 20,000 is possible.

They certainly did.

I recall I travelled down with and a few mates from Manc Picc via train and eventually we changed trains at Newport for the short hop to Cardiff on the the Great Western service, which was rammed full of popped up Bournemouth supporters, it was quite tense for that 15 min journey.

I know it's not an official record that you could verify but would be a good chance of being the highest number of Imps fans in a crowd ever?

Having been to both cities on several occasions I must admit on balance that I do prefer Cardiff as a place to visit. That said there is no argument that Wembley is what it is all about. Put another way I wouldn't be trekking to Cardiff if the Checkatrade final was there. Play off final would be a different kettle of fish naturally - Cleethorpes beach with the tide in as the venue and I would be there. I would imagine that many people are of the same view in that the Checkatrade is about the venue and the playoffs is about the competition.

Yes, if it's 23,000+ I should think definitely so.

No novelty in going to Cardiff for me! Those two play-off finals were certainly very handy for me to get to but I would much rather have had trips to Wembley.

Obviously getting a ticket won't be a problem but amount per ST will be important - families and friends trying to sit together. There's no real reason to make it complicated or overly restricted.

This is my worry for ST holders- how many might we be able to get? I've just done a quick ask round my family and they all want to go!! I'll never get 15 tickets together. If my family is typical of many then 25K won't be enough??
