I’ve a very sick little boy awaiting an op in Birmingham who’s absolutely determined to sing We Are Imps at Wembley. He wants a full London weekend out of it! Danny and Nicky have created a real goal for him to get better for. There is more to life than football, but sometimes when life puts you in a gloomy place it can provide some light and inspiration.

Very sorry to hear that, Woodis. Here's hoping he has not one, but two Wembley visits to look forward to. All the very best to you and your family. Gary x

Just realised that Danny has become the first Lincoln city manager to get to 100 matches in charge of The Mighty Imps since the great Keith left in May 2006!

Not totally surprising when you consider who has held the managerial reins since Keith left.

In theory Gary Simpson was - 15 in his first spell and 86 in the second.
