Is there an official protocol on this matter or is there an option to jointly lead the teams out.

For example could both DC and NC( joint managers) lead the side out on the day.

Mascots:
There will be a bunfight to be one of the 11 mascots and we could even do a Burnley(facup) and choose 11 senior lifelong fans to accompany the players onto the pitch on the day.
historic day for LCFC.

Any ideas on the matter anyone?

PS Lifting the cup .....nominate Robert "Dazzler Dorrian" financial saviour of LCFC........on the proviso that he is not hunting game in South Africa and get`s his barnet trimmed.

The club captain, Luke Waterfall. He's fast becoming one of the few links we have left to the wilderness years.

Mascots : To include a couple of the Cowleys children.

Lifting the Cup, hopefully, Bob Dorrian as long as his shirt is buttoned up, without him it is unlikely we would be here today.

Nice to see somebody other than me recognising the top work Dazzler did when we didn`t have a pot to p1ss in.( securitising lcfc borrowings with his own assets)

Still feel 11 senior lifelong imps fans as matchday mascots at Wembley would be a top move by the club if allowed and i see that on the official site lcfc are proposing this theme for the home Exeter game.(not as exciting me thinks)

Thinking a little bit left field here is another candidate for leading the team out at Wembley

WTF........those were hard times and somebody thought this was strategic fundraising!

I'm fairly sure there used to be a rule that only one 'manager' could lead the team out - obviously there is flexibility for mascots, non staff dignitaries etc. to come out alongside the team. I hope that isn't still the case as it would be a travesty if the Cowley brothers couldn't walk out together. In fact just do it and pay the fine or take the touch line ban anyway

All these issues could be sorted out with the sponsors Checkatrade prior to the event taking place provided that the suits from the FA don`t stick their noses into the situation.(they have already made a dog`s dinner of the competition....pr1cks)

Remember the FA (or EFL) owe us one because they would had a very 2nd rate event on their hands,an unhappy sponsor and in addition a poorly attended final if the Chelsea u21 team had been victorious

..Lincoln City saved the day by winning in the semi final and the sponsor also gave a sigh of relief when the result came through on Tuesday night.

We are now at a leverage point to dump outmoded protocols and make a good day for all involved.Get our top brass involved with sponsors and fa suits and negotiate a proposal.

ps just no sumo suits!

Bob will be in the box in the front row where the players walk along collecting their medals. Like all Chairmen are.

Bob is more likely to be on safari in South Africa shooting giraffes with his new blunderbuss cocked for action and will probably miss an historical moment in LCFC history, just as he did last year when we had our famous FA cup run.

Or is/was that only at the FA Cup Final?
