7 points from 18.

We're not losing....but we are drawing. The lesson is. If you can't win....don't lose.

I think though....we need to start winning a few more, if we are going to make a realistic challenge on the playoffs.

I am, though, exceptionally hopeful that we have the right dudes in charge to put us on the right course.

Killer instinct mate just lacking that bit in front of goal.
Hopefully a bit more luck Tuesday against a team we always struggle against in Cheltenham.

Not sure about that. We've conceded in most if not all of those matches before tonight and won or drawn them.

Tricky set of games though. Probably Barnet was disappointing, and Swindon/ Luton/ Notts could all have gone our way in different circumstances. I still think play offs are highly likely and top 3 is a possibility.

Believe......

Draws not losses.

We will undoubtedly win some curious games and those around us will have strange results too, look at Coventry vs FGR....

The squad has the minerals and the spirit a decent a quick look at the table suggests that despite results not going entirely our way, we're doing well.

Odds on some of those above us maintaining the same form? Tranmere buckled a little last season....

County already dropped from 'nailed on' 2nd to 4th and their pasting on tuesday won't have helped their confidence. A long way to go, a lot of 6 pointers to be played.

Our recent form is an optimist's good ( 1defeat in 12, that's blooming good) or a pessimist's bad (1 win in 6)

Agreed, we need to win more - but if you can't win, don't lose and stay in touch. We're right in the mix for top 3.

With the size of squad we don't want long term injuries though, so hope Wilson isn't as bad as suggested.

Harry Anderson said in his interview that while he's been playing down the left it's got him to use his left foot, and now it's nearly as good as his right foot.
So why doesn't Matt Greene try using his left foot more or practice using both feet in training as it would make him a better forward and he would score more goals instead of having to get the ball onto his right foot everytime.

Under the Big Man, we would often draw three or four on the trot, after a defeat, then have a mini winning run. No reason why we won't start such a run on Tuesday.

It's one defeat in sixteen now and in league games only, one in twelve (W6 - D5 - L1)

At least we can now concentrate on the league with only one cup game to go!

Fifteen games to go (with a small interruption of a day out at Wembley). We need to start a winning run from now on if we want that second or third spot. Need to rediscover our scoring touch against Cheltenham and get a win out of that game. Crawley away is looking tougher than earlier in the season as they are on a good run of form. Kewell seems to have found his managerial boots.

He also used to day 'let's get to 50 points and then think about promotion' or words to that effect. Here we are, in the sort of position he converted into a PO appearance 4 seasons in a row.

Wycombe the form team at the moment, won 5 on the trot to go second. Accrington and dare I say it Mansfield also going well.
