15 Ben Wright

15 Ben Wright

15 goals in 26 games. A struggling side. Just back from a long injury and the lad has to get used to League 2 bruisers. The duckling duly flapped his wings, became a beauty of the game and took the Stacey West by storm.
With Jacko feeding him raw meat and tripe, this is going to be his season. In the air he has improved judging by the friendlies. But the beast in him has not killed the beauty. The touch, the poise, the deceptive pace, are still there. And the accuracy of that left foot never wavers. With Oakes and Frecklington and pace on the flanks he should have changed his number from 15 to 30.
Because the sky is the limit for the Swan this year.

In a side of quality over quantity he epitomises the new bread of Imp.

20 goals from the Swan this season. With the right service he could even top the league two goal scoring list.

Indeed he could. He is so important to the team for me. If he plays consistently I expect top 7, if not then it could well be a struggle. IMO he is Vital :o).

I'm hoping for 20 goals plus for him this season. Could be worth a punt as league top scorer if the odds are good.

I really am still at a loss regarding schofields reluctance to play him, a big factor in the 2j's failure i believe.

I thought he had said himself he wasn't fit? Could be as simple as that.
